Our simple, delicious pancake mix contains absolutely no salt. You add milk, unsalted butter and eggs to make delicious, low sodium pancakes! Can be made dairy free by substituting shortening, coconut oil or lard for butter, and non-dairy milk for regular milk. Makes about 12 pancakes.

Note: our sodium free leavener contains potassium. If you need to restrict your potassium intake we offer a low potassium version for you! You will be given the option to choose your leavener when you add the product to your cart.
